RYD Motorsports LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide customers with a curated shopping experience. Our website and ecommerce services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these services to you.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. These Terms include important information about your legal rights, product use, order acceptance, shipping, returns, exchanges, warranties, off-road-use restrictions, installation responsibility, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

By visiting our website, using our services, creating an account, placing an order, checking the policy acknowledgement box at checkout, or purchasing any product from RYD Motorsports LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies posted on our website or referenced in these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our policies, you should not access our website, use our services, or purchase products from RYD Motorsports LLC.

Section 1 — Eligibility, Access, and Account Use

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have given consent for your minor dependent to use the services on a device you own, purchase, or manage.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to RYD Motorsports LLC is accurate, current, complete, and provided with the authority necessary to submit it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, or share your account with another person or entity.

Section 2 — Acceptance of Policies When Ordering

By placing an order with RYD Motorsports LLC, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all policies posted on our website, including but not limited to:

If a cart or checkout checkbox is presented, checking that box confirms your acceptance of the applicable policies, including that all sales are final, returns for refund are not accepted, and exchanges are available only if approved by RYD Motorsports LLC.

It is your responsibility to review all product descriptions, fitment details, specifications, lead times, policies, and order information before completing your purchase.

Section 3 — Our Products

RYD Motorsports LLC sells automotive and motorsports-related products, including fabricated parts, build-to-order parts, vehicle-specific kits, suspension components, conversion parts, brackets, steering and chassis components, bumper-related parts, accessories, apparel, replacement parts, and related products.

Many RYD Motorsports products are manufactured, fabricated, assembled, configured, or prepared specifically for the customer’s order, vehicle application, requested configuration, or build requirements.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, fitment information, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, renderings, colors, finishes, dimensions, installation information, or other website content will be complete, accurate, current, error-free, or identical to the final product received.

Actual products may vary due to manufacturing updates, material availability, finish, hardware changes, production improvements, customer configuration, vehicle differences, or product revisions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, improve, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

Section 4 — Off-Road Use Only

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC, products sold by RYD Motorsports LLC are manufactured and sold for off-road, show, custom, motorsports, or specialty-use applications only.

RYD Motorsports LLC does not represent or warrant that any product is approved, certified, legal, safe, compliant, or suitable for use on public roads, highways, emissions-controlled vehicles, inspection-regulated vehicles, or in any particular jurisdiction.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal and appropriate for their intended use, vehicle, location, and applicable laws or regulations.

Laws and regulations vary by state, province, country, and local jurisdiction. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws before purchasing, installing, modifying, or using any RYD Motorsports product.

Section 5 — Fitment, Vehicle Information, and Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for confirming that any product ordered is correct for their vehicle, build, axle setup, suspension setup, bumper setup, drivetrain, lift height, wheel and tire setup, intended use, and installation requirements.

Any fitment guidance, product recommendation, customer support response, website description, or communication provided by RYD Motorsports LLC is offered for general assistance only and does not replace the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase and installation.

RYD Motorsports LLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect vehicle information, incorrect product selection, improper measurements, unlisted modifications, aftermarket conflicts, changed build plans, improper installation, incompatible components, or mixing RYD Motorsports products with parts from other manufacturers.

Section 6 — Installation, Modification, and Use of Products

RYD Motorsports LLC recommends that all products be installed by a qualified professional familiar with custom truck fabrication, suspension systems, steering components, chassis components, and vehicle safety requirements.

The customer, installer, and vehicle owner are solely responsible for:

  • Proper installation
  • Proper fitment verification
  • Safe use of the product
  • Torque specifications
  • Welding, fabrication, or assembly work
  • Alignment
  • Brake line routing
  • Steering clearance
  • Suspension cycling
  • Hardware inspection
  • Maintenance
  • Roadworthiness or off-road readiness
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

RYD Motorsports LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, death, vehicle failure, component failure, loss, inspection failure, legal violation, or other issue caused by improper installation, improper use, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, modification of parts, use outside intended application, or combining RYD Motorsports products with parts or systems from other manufacturers.

Any modification, alteration, welding, grinding, drilling, cutting, painting, powder coating, bending, misuse, improper installation, or use of a product with incompatible third-party parts may void any available warranty or exchange eligibility.

Section 7 — Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from RYD Motorsports LLC. We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, shipping limitations, payment issues, or other business reasons.

An order is not accepted until RYD Motorsports LLC confirms acceptance and processes payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many RYD Motorsports products are build-to-order, custom, fabricated, assembled, or configured specifically for each customer, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests or order changes after an order is placed.

If we do not accept an order, make a change to an order, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Section 8 — Prices, Billing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping rates, product availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as reflected in your order confirmation, unless the order contains an error, inaccuracy, omission, or other issue.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that:

  • The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider
  • You will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and other fees

RYD Motorsports LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, billing errors, product description errors, and other inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Section 9 — Shipping Policy

By placing an order with RYD Motorsports LLC, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

Items that are in stock typically ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Build-to-order items, custom orders, fabricated parts, vehicle-specific kits, and products made or prepared for a customer’s specific needs may take longer to process and ship. Lead times may vary depending on the product, order volume, material availability, production schedule, and complexity of the order.

If a product has a specific estimated lead time listed on the product page, that estimate should be reviewed before placing your order.

After placing an order, you may receive confirmation by text and/or email using the contact information provided at checkout. Once your package has shipped, you may receive a text and/or email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a label is created. Carriers may require time to scan and update shipment status.

RYD Motorsports LLC provides free shipping to the lower 48 United States on all eligible orders over $299.99.

Free shipping applies only to eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or other locations outside the lower 48 states are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise approved in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.

Some oversized, heavy, custom, freight, or special-handling items may be excluded from free shipping or may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping costs apply, RYD Motorsports LLC may contact you before shipment.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates may be calculated at checkout or provided by RYD Motorsports LLC. Shipping charges are based on factors including product size, weight, destination, carrier rates, packaging requirements, and shipping method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.

RYD Motorsports LLC may ship orders using carriers selected at our discretion, including parcel carriers, freight carriers, or other shipping providers. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method best suited for the order.

Section 10 — Freight, Oversized, and Special-Handling Shipments

Some products may be too large or heavy for standard parcel shipping and may require freight or special handling.

Freight shipments may require:

  • A valid delivery phone number
  • A delivery appointment
  • A business address or commercial delivery location
  • Liftgate service
  • Customer availability at the time of delivery
  • Inspection upon delivery

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, address changes, missed appointments, re-delivery, storage fees, or other carrier-imposed charges.

Unless otherwise approved in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC, these additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Section 11 — Delivery Times, Risk of Loss, and Carrier Responsibility

Delivery times provided by RYD Motorsports LLC or shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.

RYD Motorsports LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, customs delays, supply chain delays, incorrect delivery scans, labor disruptions, acts of God, or other events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are transferred to the carrier.

Section 12 — Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

RYD Motorsports LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional shipping charges, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or other customer-related issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Section 13 — Damaged, Missing, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, contact RYD Motorsports LLC promptly and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of any visible carrier damage
  • A description of the issue

You must keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved. The carrier may require inspection of the packaging and product.

RYD Motorsports LLC will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, exchange, claim assistance, or another solution approved by RYD Motorsports LLC.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, you should check the delivery location, surrounding areas, neighbors, household members, building management, or mailroom before contacting RYD Motorsports LLC.

RYD Motorsports LLC may assist with carrier claim information where appropriate, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages or at different times, especially when an order includes both in-stock and build-to-order items. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Section 14 — International and Canada Shipping

RYD Motorsports LLC may ship certain products to Canada or other approved destinations outside the United States.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and other charges imposed by their country or carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise.

RYD Motorsports LLC is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, import restrictions, additional import fees, or fees imposed after shipment.

Section 15 — Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with RYD Motorsports LLC, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

At RYD Motorsports LLC, many of our products are manufactured, fabricated, assembled, or prepared specifically for the customer’s order, vehicle application, or requested configuration. Because of the nature of our business and the type of parts we sell, we do not accept returns for refund once an order has been placed.

RYD Motorsports LLC does not accept returns for refund due to customer error, incorrect fitment selection, change of mind, project changes, installation issues, or ordering the wrong product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Build-to-order parts
  • Custom or fabricated components
  • Vehicle-specific kits
  • Suspension, axle, bumper, bracket, and conversion parts
  • Apparel, accessories, and other merchandise unless otherwise approved by RYD Motorsports LLC

Refunds will not be issued for returned products sent back without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or held pending customer-paid return shipping.

Unless otherwise approved by RYD Motorsports LLC, all sales are final. Products sold as custom, fabricated, clearance, discontinued, special order, or build-to-order are not eligible for return or refund.

Section 16 — Exchanges by Approval Only

While we do not accept returns for refund, RYD Motorsports LLC may approve an exchange at our sole discretion.

Exchange requests are reviewed case by case and must be approved by RYD Motorsports LLC before any product is shipped back. Approval is not guaranteed.

To request an exchange, you must contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and contact information
  • The product you purchased
  • The reason for the exchange request
  • Photos of the product, if applicable
  • Vehicle information, if the request involves fitment

If an exchange is approved, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original condition.

Items showing signs of installation, wear, damage, modification, paint, powder coating, grinding, welding, drilling, cutting, bending, or other alteration are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to approved exchanges unless RYD Motorsports LLC determines that the exchange is required due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement shipping charges, freight fees, customs duties, brokerage fees, and related costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.

Section 17 — Order Cancellations and Modifications

Because many RYD Motorsports products are made, fabricated, assembled, or prepared specifically for each order, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

RYD Motorsports LLC does not accept order cancellations after an order is submitted unless otherwise approved in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.

Cancellation requests may be reviewed at RYD Motorsports LLC’s discretion. If production, fabrication, packaging, fulfillment, special-order processing, or shipment preparation has already begun, the order may not be eligible for cancellation.

RYD Motorsports LLC may be able to modify an order in certain limited situations. For example, if a customer orders coil buckets and later upgrades to coilovers, RYD Motorsports LLC may review whether the order can be modified.

Any order modification is decided and approved solely by RYD Motorsports LLC on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

Section 18 — Warranty Policy

RYD Motorsports LLC may provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in certain products, as determined by RYD Motorsports LLC in its sole discretion or as stated in writing on the applicable product page.

Unless a separate written warranty is provided with a product, any warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship existing at the time the product is delivered.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Improper installation
  • Improper use
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Racing, competition, impact, collision, or accident damage
  • Failure to inspect, maintain, or service the product
  • Modification, alteration, welding, grinding, drilling, cutting, bending, painting, powder coating, or refinishing
  • Use with incompatible parts
  • Mixing RYD Motorsports products with parts or systems from other manufacturers
  • Incorrect fitment or incorrect vehicle information
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Corrosion, cosmetic damage, surface finish issues, or environmental exposure unless expressly covered in writing
  • Damage caused by the installer, customer, carrier, or third party
  • Products used outside their intended off-road, show, motorsports, or specialty-use application

RYD Motorsports LLC’s warranty obligations, if any, are limited to repair, replacement, exchange, replacement components, or another resolution approved by RYD Motorsports LLC.

RYD Motorsports LLC does not cover labor, installation, removal, alignment, tuning, paint, powder coating, downtime, towing, rental vehicles, lost profits, loss of use, damage to other parts, third-party charges, incidental damages, consequential damages, or any costs beyond the product itself unless required by applicable law.

Warranty claims must be submitted with the customer’s order number, contact information, photos, description of the issue, installation details, and any other information requested by RYD Motorsports LLC.

Approval of a warranty claim is not guaranteed and is determined by RYD Motorsports LLC after review.

Section 19 — Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase through our website or otherwise communicate with us.

Because our website is powered by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the services in order to provide and improve the services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, processing, or disclosure of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls with respect to those privacy matters.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Section 20 — Relationship With Shopify

RYD Motorsports LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the website and ecommerce services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with RYD Motorsports LLC.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale or transaction between you and RYD Motorsports LLC, including any injury, damage, loss, product issue, shipping issue, return issue, warranty issue, or other claim arising from products or services purchased from RYD Motorsports LLC.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with RYD Motorsports LLC.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit
