RYD Motorsports LLC is committed to getting your order processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with RYD Motorsports LLC, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing Times

Items that are in stock typically ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Build-to-order items, custom orders, fabricated parts, vehicle-specific kits, and products made or prepared for a customer’s specific needs may take longer to process and ship. Lead times may vary depending on the product, order volume, material availability, production schedule, and the complexity of the order.

If a product has a specific estimated lead time listed on the product page, that estimate should be reviewed before placing your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Confirmations and Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by text and/or email using the contact information provided at checkout.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a text and/or email with tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking details after the tracking number is created. Tracking updates may not appear immediately, because apparently even the internet needs a little nap sometimes.

Free Shipping

RYD Motorsports LLC provides free shipping to the lower 48 United States on all orders over $299.99.

Free shipping applies only to eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or other locations outside the lower 48 states are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise approved in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.

Some oversized, heavy, custom, freight, or special-handling items may be excluded from free shipping or may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping costs apply, RYD Motorsports LLC may contact you before shipment.

Shipping Rates

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates may be calculated at checkout or provided by RYD Motorsports LLC.

Shipping charges are based on factors such as product size, weight, destination, carrier rates, packaging requirements, and shipping method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by RYD Motorsports LLC.

Shipping Carriers and Methods

RYD Motorsports LLC may ship orders using carriers selected at our discretion, including parcel carriers, freight carriers, or other shipping providers.

The shipping method used may depend on the size, weight, value, destination, and handling requirements of the order.

RYD Motorsports LLC reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping method best suited for the order.

Freight and Oversized Shipments

Some products may be too large or heavy for standard parcel shipping and may require freight or special handling.

Freight shipments may require:

  • A valid delivery phone number
  • A delivery appointment
  • A business address or commercial delivery location
  • Liftgate service
  • Customer availability at the time of delivery
  • Inspection upon delivery

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, address changes, missed appointments, re-delivery, storage fees, or other carrier-imposed charges.

Unless otherwise approved in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC, these additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Build-to-Order and Custom Products

Many RYD Motorsports LLC products are build-to-order, custom, fabricated, or configured for each customer’s specific vehicle, needs, or order details.

Because of the nature of our business and the type of parts we sell, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

RYD Motorsports LLC does not accept returns or cancellations after an order is submitted.

However, we may be able to modify an order in certain situations. For example, if a customer orders coil buckets and later upgrades to coilovers, RYD Motorsports LLC may review whether the order can be modified.

Any order modification is decided and approved solely by RYD Motorsports LLC on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.

RYD Motorsports LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, customs delays, supply chain delays, incorrect delivery scans, or other events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Very rude of reality, but here we are.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

RYD Motorsports LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or other customer-related issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact RYD Motorsports LLC promptly and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of any visible carrier damage
  • A description of the issue

Please keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved. The carrier may require inspection of the packaging and product.

RYD Motorsports LLC will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, exchange, claim assistance, or another solution approved by RYD Motorsports LLC.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you believe your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please contact RYD Motorsports LLC promptly with your order number, photos of what was received, and a description of the issue.

We will review the order and determine the appropriate next step.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check the delivery location, surrounding areas, neighbors, household members, building management, or mailroom before contacting RYD Motorsports LLC.

RYD Motorsports LLC may assist with carrier claim information where appropriate, but we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

International and Canada Shipping

RYD Motorsports LLC may ship certain products to Canada or other approved destinations outside the United States.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and other charges imposed by their country or carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise.

RYD Motorsports LLC is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed after shipment.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages or at different times, especially when an order includes both in-stock and build-to-order items.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
