Return & Refund Policy
At RYD Motorsports LLC, many of our products are manufactured, fabricated, assembled, or prepared specifically for the customer’s order, vehicle application, or requested configuration. Because of the nature of our business and the type of parts we sell, we do not accept returns for refund once an order has been placed.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, vehicle fitment, specifications, lead times, and order details before completing a purchase. By placing an order with RYD Motorsports LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
No Returns for Refund
RYD Motorsports LLC does not accept returns for refund due to customer error, incorrect fitment selection, change of mind, project changes, installation issues, or ordering the wrong product.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Build-to-order parts
- Custom or fabricated components
- Vehicle-specific kits
- Suspension, axle, bumper, bracket, and conversion parts
- Apparel, accessories, and other merchandise unless otherwise approved by RYD Motorsports LLC
Refunds will not be issued for returned products sent back without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or held pending customer-paid return shipping. Because apparently “surprise box of greasy metal” is not a valid customer service workflow.
Exchanges by Approval Only
While we do not accept returns for refund, RYD Motorsports LLC may approve an exchange at our sole discretion.
Exchange requests are reviewed case by case and must be approved by RYD Motorsports LLC before any product is shipped back. Approval is not guaranteed.
To request an exchange, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Your full name and contact information
- The product you purchased
- The reason for the exchange request
- Photos of the product, if applicable
- Vehicle information, if the request involves fitment
If an exchange is approved, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original condition. Items showing signs of installation, wear, damage, modification, paint, powder coating, grinding, welding, drilling, or other alteration are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to approved exchanges unless RYD Motorsports LLC determines that the exchange is required due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any replacement shipping charges, freight fees, customs duties, brokerage fees, or related costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.
For heavy, oversized, or freight-shipped parts, additional shipping requirements may apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact RYD Motorsports LLC as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us review your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
- Any visible carrier damage
Please keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved. Shipping damage claims may require inspection by the carrier.
If RYD Motorsports LLC determines that an item was damaged in transit, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we may, at our discretion, repair the item, replace the item, exchange the item, provide replacement components, or offer another resolution.
Order Cancellations
Because many RYD Motorsports products are made, fabricated, assembled, or prepared specifically for each order, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Cancellation requests may be reviewed at RYD Motorsports LLC’s discretion. If production, fabrication, packaging, fulfillment, or special-order processing has already begun, the order may not be eligible for cancellation.
Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product ordered is correct for their vehicle, build, axle setup, suspension setup, bumper setup, intended use, and installation requirements.
RYD Motorsports LLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect vehicle information, incorrect product selection, improper installation, modifications, or incompatibility with other aftermarket parts.
When in doubt, contact us before ordering. A tiny bit of pre-purchase thinking can prevent a large, expensive metal object from becoming garage décor.
Installation Disclaimer
RYD Motorsports LLC recommends that all parts be installed by a qualified professional. The customer and installer are responsible for proper installation, inspection, torque specifications, alignment, safety checks, and confirming that the vehicle is safe and compliant for its intended use.
Installed, modified, damaged, or used products are not eligible for exchange unless otherwise approved in writing by RYD Motorsports LLC.
Final Sale Items
Unless otherwise approved by RYD Motorsports LLC, all sales are final. Products sold as custom, fabricated, clearance, discontinued, special order, or build-to-order are not eligible for return or refund.
